TRAINING DESCRIPTION
Celem szkolenia jest dostarczenie uczestnikom praktycznych umiejętności i narzędzi potrzebnych do skutecznego planowania, zarządzania i kontrolowania projektów oraz składników finansowych z naciskiem na budżetowanie. Szkolenie ma na celu rozwinięcie kompetencji w zakresie efektywnego prowadzenia projektów od etapu planowania do monitorowania kosztów.
TRAINING OBJECTIVE
- Uświadomienie uczestnikom szkolenia rangi procesu planowania i szacowania projektu oraz jego wpływu na późniejszą realizację przedsięwzięcia
- Podniesienie poziomu wiedzy na temat metod i technik używanych w procesie planowania i szacowania projektów
- Zapoznanie uczestników szkolenia z nowoczesnymi narzędziami (np. metodą EV) kontroli budżetu i postępów prac w czasie trwania przedsięwzięcia

- The training is conducted in a workshop format, where we work on real projects. Participants practice using the tools and techniques applied in project planning and budgeting, gaining hands-on experience in a practical setting.

AGENDA
The training prepares participants for the role of professionals responsible for planning and settling projects. It presents methods and techniques for planning and estimating projects during the development phase. Participants will learn how to evaluate project profitability and apply this knowledge to decide which projects should be implemented. The training equips attendees with the knowledge, methods, and tools necessary for effective project control during execution.

CERTIFICATE / EXAM
Participants will receive an official certificate of course completion. There is no formal exam, but active participation is required to receive the certificate.
