TRAINING DESCRIPTION

The training introduces participants to the planning and execution technique based on the Critical Chain Project Management method (CCPM). The course covers not only theoretical elements but focuses on the practical application of CCPM in project planning.

Additionally, examples of how the method is used to coordinate the execution of multiple projects are presented—tools and approaches that can be effectively applied in Project Management Offices (PMOs).

The training is conducted in either on-site (classroom) or online (live session) format.

The training is available in Polish, English, or Ukrainian, depending on participant or client preferences.

LOCATION

CERTIFICATE / EXAM

Participants will receive an official certificate of course completion. There is no formal exam, but active participation is required to receive the certificate.
