The training covers all the essential features required for project management using Primavera P6. It focuses on providing participants with a solid foundation in using the software and prepares them to further deepen their knowledge of the advanced functions and project management techniques available on the platform.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE
- Learning the basic steps required to create project schedules in Primavera P6, including defining tasks, setting dependencies, and creating a resource list.
- Participants can learn the basic techniques of task and resource management, such as allocating resources to tasks, creating resource schedules, and monitoring resource usage.
- Learning the basic reporting functions available in Primavera P6 and gaining the ability to generate simple reports on project progress, resource usage, and the project schedule.
