It is used wherever there is a need to plan and manage projects with a complex time structure. Thanks to its functionality, Tilos supports effective project management by providing clear schedule visibility and control over work progress.
The training program can be tailored to the specific needs and requirements of participants and the organization. It may also include additional training materials, practical exercises, and case studies to help participants fully understand and master the advanced features of the tool.
TRAINING OBJECTIVE
- The training will enable participants to learn how to create project schedules in Tilos, taking into account the specifics of the construction industry and the requirements of a given project.
- Participants will enhance their skills in advanced project planning techniques, such as adding weather-dependent tasks, modeling human and equipment resources, and more.
- Participants will gain the skills to integrate Tilos with other project management tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, enabling better data and process synchronization.

LOCATION

CERTIFICATE / EXAM
Participants will receive an official certificate of course completion. There is no formal exam, but active participation is required to receive the certificate.
