TRAINING DESCRIPTION
The aim of the training is to provide participants with practical skills and tools necessary for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and managing risks within projects. The training is designed to develop competencies in minimizing uncertainty and effectively responding to unexpected situations during project execution.

- Raising awareness of the impact of risk on the overall success of project execution
- Increasing knowledge about the risk management process in projects and the key phases of the risk management cycle
- Acquiring the skills to identify and analyze risk in a project

- The training is conducted in a workshop format, working with case studies. Participants will practice tools and techniques used during risk identification and analysis

METHOD
The training is conducted in either on-site (classroom) or online (live session) format.
LANGUAGE
The training is available in Polish, English, or Ukrainian, depending on participant or client preferences.
LOCATION
Check the current training calendar for upcoming dates and locations. There is also the option to deliver the training on-site at the client’s premises, upon request.
CERTIFICATE / EXAM
Participants will receive an official certificate of course completion. There is no formal exam, but active participation is required to receive the certificate.
