The objective of the training is to provide participants with practical skills and tools required for effective planning, management, and control of projects and financial components, with a strong emphasis on budgeting. The training aims to develop competencies in efficiently managing projects from the planning phase through cost monitoring and control.
The training prepares participants for the role of professionals responsible for planning and settling projects. It presents methods and techniques for planning and estimating projects during the development phase. Participants will learn how to evaluate project profitability and apply this knowledge to decide which projects should be implemented. The training equips attendees with the knowledge, methods, and tools necessary for effective project control during execution.

The training is conducted in either on-site (classroom) or online (live session) format.
The training is available in Polish, English, or Ukrainian, depending on participant or client preferences.

Participants will receive an official certificate of course completion. There is no formal exam, but active participation is required to receive the certificate.
