TRAINING DESCRIPTION
MS Project is one of the most widely used project management tools. It not only enables the creation of an effective project plan and its supervision but also supports:
• Financial management (budget planning and control)
• Resource management (assigning resources to tasks and monitoring their execution)
• Information management (sharing schedules online and automatically informing team members about project progress in real time)

LOCATION

CERTIFICATE / EXAM
Participants will receive an official certificate of course completion. There is no formal exam, but active participation is required to receive the certificate.
